Make the Stars come out this holiday season with this irresistible recipe that will have your guests asking for more.

What you’ll need:

1 package of Won Ton skins found in the produce department

1 lb package of loose sweet sausage meat

Green and Red pepper chopped

1 cup of ranch dressing

2 cups of grated cheddar jack cheese

Olive oil

Pastry brush

Cup cake pan

Pre heat oven to 350. In a cup cake pan, lay pieces of won ton skins over each cup and push in to cups, making a shape that resemble stars. After all cups are filled with won ton, brush olive oil lightly over each one with pastry brush. Bake for 5 minutes or until edges are a light golden brown. Cook all won ton skins in the same way. Set aside.

In a frying pan brown the sausage and set aside. In a large bowl, combine cheese, peppers, ranch dressing, add sausage then stir. Add this full of to each won ton star and bake for 5 minutes in 350 oven until Cheese is melted. Cool for a few minutes and serve.

You can add hot peppers, black olives, ground chicken sausage or any other modifications you prefer.
