Gluten Free Pasta Aglio E Olio (garlic and Oil)
Who would think that something this simple could be this good!....and satisfying too! Simply boil enough gluten free pasta per serving, drain, return to the pan and toss with olive oil, fresh minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. That's it! You can add Shrimp, clans, chicken or veggies to change things up. Goes nicely with a bottle of Pinot Grigio and an awesome view. Molto Bene! Prego!
